I provide decluttering, re-organising and tidying of any spaces and rooms within your home, including lofts, garages & sheds. I will also provide light cleaning to the areas of your home that I work on. I always bring my ‘decluttering kit’ which includes bin bags, labels, cardboard boxes, parcel tape etc. I won’t charge you for any small items of my kit that I use.
Although the home organising services are my main focus, I offer complementary services such as assembling new storage solutions (e.g. IKEA furniture), putting up shelves and re-painting a cleared-out room. Just tell me what you want doing & I will let you know if I can help.
My hourly rate is £35, with a minimum session of 2 hours. Most clients go for 4 hours, which is a good period of time to see real progress - and just about the amount of time I can run on full steam! We can arrange a one-off visit or a series of regular sessions over a few weeks or months - whatever suits you.
Once a booking has been made a £50 deposit (paid by bank transfer or Paypal) is required. Remaining payment is required at the end of the session.
Clients outside a 15-mile radius from GU25, will need to pay 45p per mile each way (for any extra miles above the 15 miles radius). If you are outside the 15-mile radius there is also a minimum requirement of 4 hours work per session.
Please give me as much notice as possible for cancellation or re-scheduling. The deposit of £50 will not be refunded if an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
I will happily take any unwanted items to the recycling centre or a charity shop at no extra cost. However, only one carload is included and only items that can be recycled without a charge. Any more than that can be arranged for an extra fee, if needed. If you have lots of items to dispose of, I can help you arrange a skip.
If there are only a few items that you rather sell than donate, I can list these on various selling platforms on your behalf. If you have LOADS of items, I will outsource this to companies who specialise in this area.
I have a small team available to assist me if you need fast results or have a particularly big project. Please contact me for details.
If I am working over lunch, I will bring my own meal. I typically do not take any breaks during sessions lasting up to 4 hours.

All your personal matters will be kept strictly confidential. If needed I can produce and sign confidentiality agreements. This may be especially important if you want me to organise your paperwork.

Hoarding is when clutter gets out of control and a person has difficulties letting go of his or her possessions. As “hoarders” may need specialised care and support to overcome this debilitating problem, I do not currently offer my services to hoarders.
